What size kettlebell should I start with?
To begin, you’ll want at least two kettlebells:Women: 8–12 kg for pressing, plus a 16–20 kg for lower body.Men: 16–20 kg for pressing, plus a 24–32 kg for lower body.I’m new, can I still join?
Yes. The program adapts to any level, from beginner to advanced.How long are the workouts?
